Your payment transaction will take place live as your order is submitted and you will receive immediate confirmation of payment, an email will also be sent to confirm the order, any problems which are encountered during the payment process will be reported on screen and a reference number will be provided should you wish to make enquiries at a later date.

If you have concerns with regard to Internet security or wish to ask some questions before placing your order then please feel free to call us on 01257 426054, our telesales lines are staffed from 9am until 5.30pm, Monday through Friday.
If you choose to order by phone please have your payment card to hand, it will also help if you could have a payment card statement to hand as we may request certain details from the statement.
Your transaction will be processed swiftly and securely and confirmation of stock position and payment authorisation we be given instantly, for added convenience we will also send an email confirming the order. All prices quoted include VAT.

Postage and Packing
|
All orders received before 3pm (Mon-Fri) are despatched the same day (subject to stock being available). Small items (media cards, batteries, etc) will be despatched by Royal Mail (£2.99), larger items will be despatched using a next business day courier service (6.99) (please note that next day delivery is not guaranteed), the charge for delivery will be clearly indicated before you confirm your order (please note that surcharges may apply to certain remote postal districts).
