2 Year Guarantee	Terms and Conditions

During the first year of ownership any product supplied by Buyacamera.co.uk will be covered by the terms and conditions of the manufacturers guarantee (this may be longer than one year), where necessary Buyacamera.co.uk will act as your agent. During the second year of ownership Buyacamera.co.uk will be responsible for the repair of qualifying products (see below), this responsibility to include all parts and labour, the cover provided will match that offered by the manufacturers first year guarantee subject to the following exclusions. Buyacamera.co.uk will not be liable for costs incurred as a result of: Adjustments, cleaning, overhaul or modification Use for commercial or non-domestic purposes Corrosion, impact damage, malicious damage, loss or consequential loss, theft or attempted theft Cosmetic damage or damage which does not affect the operational function of the product (including lost LCD pixels) Buyacamera.co.uk will not be liable for consumable items including, but not limited to, batteries, media cards, chargers, software and cables. In respect of all second year claims Buyacamera.co.uk reserve the right to repair, replace, substitute with equivalent product or refund 50% of the original purchase price. During the second year of the guarantee all products must be returned directly to Buyacamera.co.uk. Buyacamera.co.uk will not be liable for any post, packing or delivery costs incurred in returning the product. Buyacamera.co.uk will not be liable for any costs incurred as a result of unauthorised repair by a third party. Qualifying Products - Digital still cameras. Your statutory rights are not affected by this policy.
